ACM® has been building mechanical wallets and supporting customers for over 25 years. We want you to be happy with your wallet, and if something is not right, we want to help make it right.

Lifetime Mechanism Guarantee

ACM Enterprises, Inc. warrants the mechanism of your ACM® Wallet to be free from mechanical defects under normal use. If your ACM® Wallet has a covered mechanical defect, ACM will repair, replace, or service it.

This warranty is limited to the wallet mechanism and normal use. It does not apply to cosmetic wear, outer finish wear, scratches, dents, misuse, modification, abuse, or damage to cards, cash, trackers, or personal items carried in or with the wallet.

Back pocket carry note: The ACM® Wallet is not designed to be sat on in a back pocket.

No return authorization number is needed for warranty work. You own it, we'll fix it - no questions asked. Please include a short note about the problem, your return address, and a phone number and/or email address so we can contact you if needed.

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy is simple: try your ACM Wallet, make sure it fits your carry, and if it is not for you, return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. This return policy applies to ACM® products purchased directly from ACMWallet.com.

30-Day Carry Test Return Policy

You may return or exchange an ACM® Wallet within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned products must be:

✓ Clean
✓ Complete
✓ Undamaged
✓ Unmodified
✓ In working order
✓ Returned with included ACM® parts and accessories whenever possible

It is okay to open the package, load your cards, and test the wallet. That is the point. We only ask that returned wallets are not scratched, bent, damaged, abused, altered, missing parts, or heavily worn.

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different ACM model or finish? We can help with an exchange as long as the returned product is clean, complete, undamaged, unmodified, and in working order.

Please include a short note with your return letting us know what you would like to exchange for, even if discussed over the phone, by text, or by email.

Return Shipping

For standard returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. ACM® is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If we shipped the wrong item, made an engraving error, or your product arrived with a verified defect, contact us so we can help correct the issue.

Custom Engraved Wallets

Custom engraved ACM® Wallets are not eligible for standard returns or refunds unless ACM® made an error or the product has a covered mechanical defect.

This includes wallets engraved with custom names, initials, customer-uploaded images, custom artwork, logos, or personalized text.

Engraved wallets using non-personalized artwork from the ACM® media library may follow the regular return policy if the wallet is returned clean, complete, undamaged, unmodified, and in working order.

How to Return Your ACM® Wallet

No return authorization number is required.

Please include the original invoice, packing slip, or a note with:

✓ Order number, if available
✓ Email address or phone number
✓ Reason for return or exchange
✓ Whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, or warranty help

Please remove all cards, cash, IDs, receipts, trackers, and personal items before mailing your wallet. ACM® is not responsible for personal items left inside returned products.

Products Purchased From Other Retailers

If you purchased your ACM® Wallet from Amazon, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, or another retailer, please follow that retailer’s return process first. 

If that return window has closed and you need help with a possible mechanical defect, contact ACM® and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or Incomplete Returns

ACM Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged, incomplete, altered, abused, heavily worn, missing parts, or not in working order.

We are always fair with customers. We just ask that customers are fair with the product.
